Questions, answered

Can’t find what you need? Call 0277 429 279 or 0244 416 660.

How do I book an appointment?

Call or WhatsApp us on 0277 429 279, or fill in the booking form on this page. We’ll confirm your time by phone.

Can I do my DVLA eye test here?

Yes. Eye Express is a certified DVLA eye test centre for new and renewing drivers.

What should I expect at my first consultation?

We’ll ask about your eyes and general health, run vision and eye-health tests, then explain the results and your options before you leave.

How often should I have an eye exam?

Most adults should have an eye exam every one to two years, and more often if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, a family history of glaucoma, or are over 60. Your optometrist will tell you what’s right for you.

Which branch should I visit?

Any of them. All four branches offer eye examinations and eyewear, or we can come to your home or office. Call ahead if you need a specific test, such as a DVLA eye test or visual field test, so we can confirm it’s available at the branch nearest you.

Can my child have an eye test?

Yes. We see children of all ages. Early checks catch problems like lazy eye while they’re easiest to treat.
